GARDEN IN MOTION
Inspired by the kinetic grace of Alexander Calder, the symbolic abstraction of Joan Miro, and the disciplined clarity of modern architecture, each piece reflects a dialogue between instinct and control. The lines drawn in one continuous motion-fluid yet intentional-anchored in discipline rather than spontaneity alone. Created directly onto pure white canvas, the process left no room for error. There was no background to hide behind-only open space and the pressure to make each gesture count. That tension gave the work its edge. The result: crisp, confident lines that stand boldly against the quiet surface. Forms that suggest flowers, yet remain abstract, evoke more emotional memories than botanical studies, like a child drawing from feelings, not from references. This is a body of work about presence-what it means to act with clarity, even in uncertainty. A series that honors both structure and freedom. Precision and play.
Each piece in this series measures 30 x 40 inches-large enough to command space yet open enough to invite reflection. Like planting a garden, these works can be arranged in pairs, rows, or clusters-each line responding to the next. Though no two are the same, they share a visual language: fluid, bold, intuitive. When grouped, they create a dialogue of movement, expanding and overlapping with bold variations.
